Fair Election Fund Launches Six-Figure Investigation Into Noncitizen Voting

The investigation will compare jury summons responses and voter rolls in key swing states to verify voter eligibility

The Fair Election Fund, a national election integrity watchdog group, today announced a six-figure investigation into noncitizen voting in seven key swing states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. This investigation will help ensure the integrity of our elections by identifying ineligible voters and prompting state officials to remove them from the voter database.

The investigation will compare the jury summons responses in the 10 most populous counties in each of the seven swing states with their voter rolls to validate voter eligibility. If a person denied a jury summons based on citizenship or residency status but is registered to vote or has voted in the past, that is a clear example of voter fraud. If any of these cases exist, we will find them and immediately alert state authorities. This investigation began this week and the Fair Election Fund will announce its findings by mid-October.

States such as Texas and Virginia have recently conducted their own analysis of state voter rolls and found thousands of noncitizens who were registered or had voted in an election.

Doug Collins, Fair Election Fund Senior Advisor and former US Congressman from Georgia, released the following statement:

“Election integrity efforts depend on the accuracy and reliability of our voter databases. We’ve seen states like Texas and Virginia remove noncitizens from voter rolls, and other states must follow suit. While combing through voter rolls and conducting cross checks is a thankless task, it is essential work. The Fair Election Fund is ready to roll up our sleeves and take on this challenge to stop illegals from voting and ensure that every vote cast belongs to a U.S. citizen and resident of that state.”

The investigation into noncitizen voting is just the latest effort from The Fair Election Fund to protect election integrity. The Fair Election Fund recently awarded $25,000 in bounties to concerned citizens in Nevada who reported first-hand knowledge of union leaders in their state coercing their members to vote a certain way.  The group is also investigating the Democrat donor platform ActBlue following suspicious Biden and Harris campaign fundraising numbers. The first phase of the group’s analysis found over 60,000 potential cases of fraud, which were turned over to Attorneys General in Alabama, Nebraska, Kansas, Virginia, Tennessee, and Texas to continue their own investigations.

Background:

  • The Fair Election Fund awarded its first $50,000 to whistleblowers in July to concerned citizens in Connecticut, Michigan, Georgia, and North Carolina based on reports of people receiving multiple ballots, delayed ballots, mailing address errors, independent parties blocked from overseeing counting, receiving ballots without requesting one and other issues.
  • The success of initial bounties proved the need for expansion into key swing states. After the Fair Election Fund’s initial success it announced a six-figure digital and OTT ad buy running during the Olympics in seven swing states (AZ, NV, WI, MI, PA, GA, NC) encouraging other whistleblowers to come forward and share their stories.
  • The Fair Election Fund is also working to protect the voting rights of thousands of Americans by supporting ballot access for third party candidates. The group has run several successful paid media campaigns defending ballot access for third party candidates in states where Democrats have attempted to block their competition from the ballot, including North Carolina, Michigan, and Virginia.

The Fair Election Fund is a watchdog group that was formed in May to shine a light on fraud and abuse still occuring in our election system. Those who expose wrongdoing could be compensated from the Fair Election Fund’s whistleblower protection fund.
