New York Times Report Confirms More Fraud Concerns From Democrat Money Machine

The Fair Election Fund (FEF), a nonpartisan national election integrity watchdog group, is calling attention to bombshell reporting revealing ActBlue potentially misled Congress on foreign donation vetting, corroborating FEF’s own 2024 findings of potential cases of donor fraud within ActBlue.

According to the New York Times, ActBlue is now facing investigations from the Justice Department and congressional Republicans over potential illegal foreign donations. 

In August 2024, FEF announced findings in its initial investigation into ActBlue and the Biden-Harris campaign, uncovering over 60,000 potential cases of donor fraud. Instances where individuals listed as small-dollar donors on FEC reports had no recollection of making those donations. FEF spent $250,000 to obtain and verify its leads and immediately turned over hundreds of verified cases to Republican Attorneys General across the country, including in Alabama, Nebraska, Kansas, Virginia, and Texas.

  • Chronic slow ballot tabulation in major counties, especially Maricopa, over 290,000 “late early” ballots in 2022 caused weeks-long certification delays.
• Printer failures
  • In 2022, 70 of 223 Maricopa voting sites suffered on-demand printer malfunctions due to paper change, causing ballot rejections and long lines. The Secretary of State’s office failed to ensure proper pre-election testing.
• Inaccurate voter roll data
  • In 2024, around 218,000 voters were found to be missing citizenship documentation and on a private call, Arizona’s leaders, including Fontes, debated the ‘dire’ ballot dilemma.
  • A federal lawsuit claims that AZ’s list of registered voters contains up to 1.27 million voters who have either died or moved out of state, which violates the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).

WASHINGTON – The Fair Election Fund (FEF), a nonpartisan national election integrity watchdog group, has released its fifth report in a series evaluating election administration officials in key battleground states. This latest report gives Pennsylvania Secretary of State Al Schmidt a C- grade for his poor record of handling the Commonwealth’s elections, citing mail-in ballot concerns, decentralized election practices, and legal inconsistencies across counties.

While the Pennsylvania Constitution mandates that elections be held by ballot, Act 77 (2019) allows no-excuse mail-in voting, allowing any voter to request and cast an absentee/mail ballot with no excuse or reason. In 2020 alone, more than 2.7 million mail ballots were requested, up from just 266,000 in 2016.

Pennsylvania also grants wide discretion to its 67 counties. From drop box placement to ballot curing, counties often set their own rules, leading to a patchwork of procedures and voter confusion. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court frequently steps in to resolve election disputes, underscoring the lack of legislative clarity.

This decentralized system was on full display during the 2024 U.S. Senate race between Bob Casey and David McCormick, when ballot disputes and legal challenges dragged the recount on for 17 days.

Other offenses include:

• Weak leadership

  • SOS Schmidt was accused of acting as a political operative after inconsistently enforcing election laws across counties, undermining uniformity and trust in Pennsylvania’s election process.

• Undated ballot counting

  • In Pennsylvania, the counting of undated mail-in ballots has been a subject of significant legal debate in the 2024 election cycle.

  • Montgomery and Bucks County attempted to count 405 undated ballots in 2024 before being blocked by a court order.

• Confirmed voter fraud

  • In 2025, three Delaware County politicians pleaded guilty to forging mail-in ballots in a 2021 mayoral race.

  • Double voting: A Pennsylvania man was convicted for voting in both Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties in 2022.

• Poll watcher confusion

  • Pennsylvania lacks standardized training for poll watchers, leaving legal responsibilities unclear and enforcement inconsistent.

The Fair Election Fund (FEF), a nonpartisan national election integrity watchdog group, today has released its fourth in a series of reports examining election administration in key battleground states. The latest report evaluates the Wisconsin Elections Commission’s (WEC) management of previous elections, giving the agency a “D+” grade due to multiple administrative failures in recent elections that undermined public trust in the state’s electoral process and voter confidence, as outlined below.

In 2023, the WEC approved the use of a National Mail Voter Registration Form that did not meet the legal requirements outlined in Wis. Stat. § 6.33(1). The form omitted several mandatory elements such as residency duration, felony status, and voter ID fields, and improperly asked for race and party affiliation, which state law does not authorize. A court ruled that WEC had overstepped its authority and ordered the form withdrawn.

The WEC’s past offences also include an incident in 2020 where WEC staff, not the appointed commissioners, blocked Green Party presidential candidates from appearing on the ballot, despite the candidates meeting all legal requirements. The Wisconsin Supreme Court upheld the decision in a narrow 4–3 vote, but dissenting justices criticized the move as procedurally flawed and politically biased. This incident deepened concerns about partisanship and lack of accountability within the Commission.

The WEC’s other alarming offenses are as follows:

• Illegal Absentee Ballot Handling
  • In 2020, WEC instructed clerks to fill in missing witness address information on absentee ballots, violating Wis. Stat. § 6.87(6d), which requires voters to correct such errors themselves.
  • In 2022, a state court issued a permanent injunction against WEC, ruling that it had exceeded its authority.
• Improper Use of Absentee Ballot Sites
  • The Milwaukee Election Commission only fully opened 4 of 27 designated absentee voting locations, restricting access and imposing appointment-only conditions, which are unauthorized.
• Limiting Election Observation
  • WEC limited observers to 2 per polling site (1 per party) at multiple large venues.
  • This contravened Wisconsin laws requiring open access for all observers.
• Faulty Voter Registration List
  • Citizen audit in 2024 found:
  • 50,000+ potentially invalid registrations
  • 2,250 at commercial addresses
  • 24 with incomplete addresses
  • 32 at non-deliverable addresses
  • 13 listed USPS office as residence
  • 5,080 where voters no longer lived at address
  • 6,187 moved out of state
  • 4,907 moved out of country

The Fair Election Fund (FEF), a nonpartisan national election integrity watchdog group, today released a report evaluating the 2024 election administration of the North Carolina State Board of Elections (NCSBE), which is the second in a series of reports examining battleground state election administration bodies. In FEF’s report, the NCSBE received a “C” grade due to the multiple failures that undermine the confidence of voters in North Carolina.

In June 2024, the NCSBE initially blocked Justice for All party candidate Dr. Cornel West from appearing on the North Carolina ballot, even after meeting all of the ballot access requirements. The decision raised concerns as the NCBE does not have the power of discretion in these decisions. The NCSBE’s initial decision was eventually overturned by a federal court in August.

Other examples of the NCSBE’s most alarming offenses include:

• Several North Carolina candidates filed a consolidated election protest with the NCSBE that included thousands of invalid ballots, which the board ultimately dismissed and ignored. Examples include:
  • 60,273 ballots cast by registered voters whose voter registration database records contained neither a driver’s license number nor the last four digits of a Social Security number
  • 266 ballots cast by overseas citizens who have not resided in North Carolina but whose parents or legal guardians were eligible North Carolina voters before leaving the United States
  • 240 ballots cast by voters who were serving a felony sentence as of Election Day
  • 156 ballots cast by voters who were deceased on Election Day
  • 572 ballots cast by voters whose registration was denied or removed
• The Board failed to collect legally required information, like driver’s licenses or Social Security numbers, from more than 225,000 voters.

The Fair Election Fund (FEF), a nonpartisan national election integrity watchdog group, today announced a new effort to evaluate the performance of Election Administration officials and hold them accountable for their performance administering recent elections with a focus on the 2024 campaign. Over the coming weeks and months, the group will publish detailed reports assigning letter grades to the performance of various election officials in seven battleground states. FEF’s five-part analysis focuses on the areas that have the greatest impact on the effective administration of elections, increasing transparency, and increasing voter confidence.

The group’s first report in its planned series evaluated the performance of Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and gave her a “D” grade due to her multiple and continued failures that undermine the confidence of voters in Michigan. The report follows Benson’s recent admission that at least sixteen non-citizens voted in Michigan elections in November, but yet she put out a statement last week opposing the passage of legislation in the U.S. House that keeps illegal migrants from voting

FEF concluded that Secretary Benson’s multiple actions in 2024 undermined the confidence of voters in Michigan. Her most prominent offenses are below:

• Benson resisted efforts to maintain and update Michigan’s voter registration lists.
  • Under Benson’s watch, a Chinese national voted in the general election, his vote counted, and he was only caught because he proactively turned himself in.
  • In 2024, Benson was sued because 53 of the state’s 83 counties appeared to have more active registered voters than adult citizens, and the 23 additional counties had unusually high registration rates exceeding 90%.
  • Benson issued instructions that any person who is a United States citizen and who has at least one parent who lived in Michigan for any period of time may vote in Michigan ad infinitum.
• Benson has issued election instructions inconsistent with Michigan law.
  • In 2024, Benson directed election officials to apply a “presumption of validity” to signatures on absentee ballots.

“We find it prudent to inform the Commission that CBS has not only engaged in improper news distortion, but has also exploited the ‘media exemption’ under the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1974, as amended (“FECA”). For the reasons set forth below, we respectfully request that the Commission hold CBS accountable for its unlawful conduct.”
 
“By substantively editing Ms. Harris’ answers to questions in the CBS Interview, CBS has engaged in activities that exceed the scope of the ‘legitimate press function’ and, therefore, constitute an improper contribution to Ms. Harris’ campaign.”

Tyrell continued by noting that the network’s “news distortion” was not an isolated incident:

“Journalists and the media were publicly criticized by Americans for ‘covering up’ former President Joe Biden’s mental decline and for failing to even conduct any sort of questioning of the White House regarding the same. This repeated pattern of behavior is precisely why the American public no longer trusts the media.”

• The Center for American Rights filed a complaint with the FCC against CBS on October 16, 2024.
  • The complaint requested that the FCC investigate CBS for “news distortion” in the airing of the “60 Minutes” interview with former Vice President Kamala Harris.  After receiving the unedited transcript and full video of the interview from CBS, the FCC opened the matter for public comment.  Specifically, in its February 5, 2025 notice, the FCC stated: “Given the value of transparency and demonstrated interest in this ongoing FCC matter, the FCC has determined that the public interest would be served by making the transcript and video available and by opening a docket to seek comment on the issues that have been raised.”
